Frank Marquit, M.Ed., MA, CAGS,

Awakening Minister Candidate, Life Coach

I want to introduce myself.  My name is Frank Marquit and I have been invited to be part of the Woodstock Therapy Center as a Life Coach.

I founded a non profit organization in 1990 named National Artists for mental Health, Inc. I was the CEO for 15 years with a staff of 11and 35 subcontractors. I sat on numerous local and state boards. What I learned was the key to building a successful organization or personal life is to utilize effective strategies.

  As a coach I:

1.      Help my clients set larger, better more rewarding personal & professional goals.

2.     Speak with each client at least once a week to motivate and to keep them focused on their
  specific goals.

3.      Ask more of my clients than they – or others – might ask of themselves in order to direct
them toward positive progress in their personal/ professional lives.

4.      Provide the client with success tools that can be incorporated in their daily life.

5.      I often give out self discovery home work followed up in the next coaching session

My role as a coach is to help the client to articulate their dreams, desires, and aspirations,
and to help them clarify their mission, purpose, and goals and help them achieve that outcome.

I have coached/counseled in a variety of formats for over 20 years. I hold a M.Ed. in Non Profit Administration & Supervision, a MA. In integrative Mental Health Care and an Advanced degree in Adult Development & Education. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate in Divinity degree.

My average fee is $ 60 per hr. but I work on a sliding scale.  Also I take most credit cards.

As you can see The Life Coaching Process is a different function then psychotherapy
but it is a strong complimentary model for personal/professional growth
.
