I offer therapeutic and counseling services to individuals from adolescence onward, facing many types of life difficulties. My approach is straightforward and conversational, and my goal is to assist in observing more closely the inner or existential level (issues of self, and being) as well as the outer or practical level (issues of others, and doing). What is the relationship between these two levels — and how can it be made most harmonious? And what of the nature, and the goals, of the self who is experiencing both levels?

This collaborative exploration can be in the areas of difficult relationships; life or career transitions; ethical, spiritual, or psychic dilemmas; or creative obstacles. Both short-term or longer-term work can be valuable in their own way.

 My roots are in yoga, dreamwork, and existential psychotherapy, and my academic degrees are a Bachelor's (BA) in Psychology & Spirituality and a Master's (MSW) in Social Work. I have been in practice as a licensed psychotherapist and social worker at the Woodstock Therapy Center since 1999. I use a sliding fee scale; the full fee for a 90-minute session is $85.
